MALLETT Corvette "HAMMER"

Mallett leaves the "HAMMER" real from the bag and builds on basis of the Corvette C5 a sports car of the superlative in things road performances and technology. The heart is naturally the perfectly again designed engine on the basis of the running engine in the aluminium ms series and of the run Corvette C5R victorious into the 24-Std.-Rennen von Daytona and LeMans.

The Voll-Alu-V-8 engine with a special alloy and 7.0 ltr. Capacity, carries out HAMMER "in the road version of MALLETT over 540 HP and has a torque of over 700 Nm, exclusively by MALLETT in the new model " is built.

The vehicle has besides a special thread chassis with adjustable Penske Renndaempfer and special stabilizers, AP brakes with front 6-Kolben and rear 4-Kolben-Zangen, a special cooling system with a large 4-Reihen aluminum water radiator, a water/oil cooler for engine and a separate transmission oil cooler as well as a special hood with engine compartment exhaust, which besides at high speeds prevents the lift of the front's building.

The "HAMMER" rolls 12x18"on the new forged three-part twin Spoke aluminum rims of MALLETT with the dimensions 10x18" in front and in the back as well as a tyre of 275-30/18 in front and 335-30/18 in the back. Special modifications at the rear axle and the interior fender leave sufficient clearance to this largely dimensioned tyre.

Some road performance values 7.0 of the ltr vehicle:
0-100 km/h 4.1 seconds, 0-200 km/h 14.3 seconds, point approx.. 320 km/h

The first MALLETT "HAMMER" Corvette becomes from the importer, that expects US CAR CONNECTION AG by at the end of of August in Switzerland

The "Millenium edition" is based on the technical basic data of the model MALLETT 435 with that

6,1 ltr. Full aluminum V-8, had a set of special components, which raise on the one hand the achievement on over 460 HP with 6000 U/min and the maximum torque to 625 Nm with 5'000 U/min., on the other hand in addition, the limite of the driving as well as brake dynamics into higher levels screws again however again. The various changes see you in the following noted.

http://www.us-carconnection.ch/images/mallett/mallett4.jpg http://www.us-carconnection.ch/images/mallett/mallett5.jpg

Outwardly the model is noticeable particularly by the particularly pulled up carbon/fiber glass hood, which is equipped with an engine compartment exhaust, which blows the engine substantially more artificially respirating and cooling air adds, on the other hand in addition, the positive pressure in the engine compartment reduced to practically zero and thus particularly at higher speeds for a substantially better stability of the vehicle ensures by improved drift.

The new hood lends to the model in addition, a sportier appearance. Likewise more dynamics and sportyness lend the double Seitenfins behind the lateral engine compartment exhaust pits.

Otherwise the basic form of the Corvette in their beauty and in their dimensions was left.
