which is better ? o has more available performance upgrades ? i like the looks of the 04 STI but i hear the EVO is better so what do u guys think ?

but if you plan on some engine or body upgrades then its just a matter of taste

Well actually the sti is easily tuned, and their are more aftermarkets products for it then the Evo's. Plus u can get more Hp then any other tuned Evo's. The aerodynamics u get from the the sti helps it get more top speed then any other tuned Evo's. I'd recommend u to check out a couple of sites..... Aps.com, Avoturboworld.com... u'l be enjoying them if u really want to tune a Subaru.

i agree with blue beast on the point that sti's have more after market products then the evo's. they even have the potential to look much better. but in terms of performance, well i've seen one of these option videos from japan and the whole movie was a comparason between diff types of sti's and evo's (from previous models to new). most of the time evo's would come out first in terms of track performance and handeling.

not coz i have an EVO ...but in every magazine the EVO is more reliable and much faster and better handling...!...so..there you go...if you guys check the SPORT COMPAC CAR magazine...you will see that the EVO has better handling that the PORCSHE C4S..and thats true...everone in the world likes Evo's and everyone knows what it is...but an STI??? i dunno ...Not alot of people knows what it is STI????...No no no no...EVO is much better...:motz2:

did you read the Sport Compact that had the evo8 and the Sti ?
handling Evo is king but for speed and fun to drive is the Sti
one more thing the evo has a 5 speed box the sti has 6
i was thinking of the 2 cars before i got my car and the Sti is the Monster + if your getting in for Bahrain or the Gulf put this in thought how muny Evos are out there!!!
