cleaning the injectors wont help.. want u need is more fuel in there.. so i suggest switiching to a higher capacity type of injectors.. or just do the ECU.. but i might as well be wrong

What sort of noise do you hear?
Is it any RPM above 4,000 and is it mostly only when you have full throttle?
Like knocking sound?

Checked your ignition timing?

If the noise is knocking sound under full throttle/load my best bet is that you are getting engine knock, pinging or preignition which ever way you like to call it..

I would suggest you check your ignition timing.. Maybe they fuel here is not high enough octane for your car...

My Carrera suffers knock under full throttle and I only chipped it.. Need octane boost. Sometimes the fuel is dirty and need to use injector cleaner every few tanks to make sure that the engine doesnt start running bit lean (not enough fuel in mixture).

Which sort of car is it? Depends on fuel injection/ignition system.

Instead of putting bigger injectors you can also check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail and then change the presure regulator so that you can adjust the fuel pressure up a bit..

Does the engine run hotter temperature than normal?

If you can adjust the ignition advance.. I would check to be sure that it is correct first.

Cheers

SS Power,

try going back to the stock Throttle body and see if the sound still presists.

Also make sure that if you use the new throttle body that the throttle position sensor is setup correctly
