Actually, I agree with him..
stupid questions lead to stupid answers..
However, I don't believe Designo was asking a question. He merely used that form of the sentence to stress the fact that what was illustrated in the pictures in hard to believe.
Lets ask Mr. Banana what he thinks
Yep, like I thought, he agrees with me..

This doesn't fall under the category of rhetoric you Neanderthal
Rhetoric questions refer to such famous quotes as "to be or not to be", or as Bart Simpson elegantly put it "you're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't" which also refers to irony..
I guess someone forget to give you your bottle today Mr. Education..

NO YOU NEANDERTHAL
a rhetorical question is that which is asked with no reply expected. The questions you put forward are some "examples" of rhetorical questions, and although the span of the english language is able to encompass many different types of rhetorical questions, such as those used for comedy, irony, significance, etc, this does not give people like you the right to sit and judge whether a specific question asked at a point in time was infact, a rhetoric one or not.
Other examples of rhetoric questions include:
If there is no God, who pops up the next Kleenex in the box?
If corn oil comes from corn, where does baby oil come from?
When you choke a smurf, what color does it turn?
I took my "bottle" of education last night and it lasts for 4 days so i dont have to take my next dose until after tommorow. Have you taken yours? :bigok:

i was just about to say that!!
First of all, it was rhetorical question, hence the multiple questions marks and the "hahahahah" and the end!
Secondly, if is was meant to be a straight forward question, then so be it.... because the truth of the matter is... "is that a ticket or a summons"??
If u notice the date of the ticket, it says 8th Oct 2003. The date of the photo is 26th Oct 2003. I think it was a summons for the reason of the car. Cause it states so in the offence itself.
However, this debate is whether citizens are able to express themselves in whichever wasy possible. The law may state that you have freedom of expression, but does it states HOW you are allowed to express?
It sort of reminds me of HYDE PARKE speakers corner in London, you are allowed to yourself in any way you choose and whatever you choose to express, BUT !! ***** about the queen and you're SCREWED!!!
