reduce its size to less than 100KB .....

a good way of doing it is to reduce the image dimentions ....

make the pic smaller by changing the extension or changing the size of the photo.

Usually BMP photos end up being really big. Whatever it is, open it up in MS PAINT, and save the photo under another name with a .JPG extension. that SHOULD work. If not, PM me and ill help u out with it
