In uae most of the cars are imported in from japan and half of them are stolen thats why you find them at really cheap prices. Do evo's come with stereos? if they do, check out if there is one in there, if not then its probably stolen ;)

also, switching the right to left hand drive costs somewhere between 1000-2500 dinars in UAE depending on the type of car, but its risky sometimes if not done properly. Also, good luck registering the car :confused:
