i saw this on the insder too !! miskeenah hal yahlah .. they gave ter the operation for free. the generous doctor .. now she's learning to walk !!

I just came back from awali I started two days ago going there and walk for an hour...bit of running then walk again....then I lay down and start doing sit ups mostly 15 to 30 times then sit in my Car and came back home.

and yes I started to feel better already from all the stress I suffer from work.
