Hey Guys....
Here's an easy to use picture resizer/compressor. Just find the file in your computer, right click, select "image resize", pick your size and go! It writes a new file to the folder you're in with the same name but a tag (small, med, etc). It's that easy!
MS Image Resizer (http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe)
Here's a link for other semi-useful MS Power Toys (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx)
