Well, thanks to a high-tech computer game you can - in the comfort of your own home.
Sony's EyeToy Kinetic title, is a new interactive game for the PlayStation 2 console, that provides a strenuous workout complete with virtual trainer.
For years, computer and video game manufacturers have been blamed for making people couch potatoes - now this aims to help you lose weight by working up a sweat and beating your previous scores.
It works simply through your television with a male or female instructor on the screen to tell you what to do and shout encouragement.
Then, using the EyeToy camera that attaches to the console, all your movements will be monitored to make sure you are doing them correctly.
And if you don't... the trainer tells you off.
