2007 Lexus LS

Seen here is a computer rendering of what the production model 2007 Lexus LS might look like.
The replacement LS sedan is likely to have a 4.6-liter V-8 engine, which would naturally result in the car being renamed the LS460 (currently the LS430 is powered by a 4.3-liter V-8 engine).
Along with a more powerful engine will come the usual improvements to luxury, safety, and electronics that Lexus builds into each new generation. Of course fuel economy is a growing priority among car buyers and so Lexus will also be making a hybrid version of the LS giving it not only better performance, but better gas mileage as well. The hybrid version is likely to be named the LS600h. This model will combine Toyota’s Hybrid Synergy Drive in combination with their V-8 engine for the first time.
The 2007 LS460 is expected to be introduced in the fall of 2006. The LS600h will likely be introduced several months later.
Lexus claims that the introduction of the new LS will be as monumental of one as it was when Lexus entered the American market in 1990
