(1) New image 200x200.
(2) Press the D key to reset the colors.
(3) Now go to Filter > Render > Clouds.
(4) Then Filter > Render > Difference Clouds.
(5) Filter > Distort > Pinch (set to 100%).
(6) Repeat step 5 about 3 more times.
(7) Now go to Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap (set to 15,9, and 7)
(8) Now Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen
(9) Repeat step 8 about 2 more times.
(10) Then go to Filter > Distort > Pinch (set to -100%)
(11) To change the color go to Image > Adjust > Color Balance.
And that's it. Just change the settings until you get the color you want.
