V-AFC is same as S-AFC, both control fuel but the VAFC has VTEC controller in it with some new features in VAFCII for VTC system in new hondas.. so V-AFC can be used only on Hondas, and i guess some of toyota's and Mitsubishi's which got Variable Valve Timing Controller....

as for S-AFC can be used on any car....

V-AFCII = Vtec Air Fuel Controller version.2
S-AFCII = Super Air Fuel Controller version.2

V-AFC is the old version, V-AFCII is the newer one
same thing on the S-AFC and S-AFCII

FYI:

U can still use a VAFC-2 on a non Vtec car... u just leave the wire disconnected
or u can use the wire to Trigger No2 or water injection etc.

VTEC solonide uses 12v which is supplyed from V-AFC to activate, connect that wire to N2O solonide so it will spary nos for example @ 5000rpm :)
