Does anyone of ya got the ( WARHAMMER 40,000) - Fire Warrior?

I purchased the game months ago...I tryed installing it but it does not work...it requires some patch update or something, I did the update but still this messege apears that there is an error send or don't send?!?!?!

does anyone faced this problem before?:confused:

note: this game on PC

my brother installed this game in my pc last month but he didn't face any problem
