heres a few tips my gf uses :naughty:

1- ALWAYS eat breakfast, eat as much as you can at lunch, and dont eat dinner or at least a very light dinner 2 or 3 hours before u sleep (DONT SNACK IN BETWEEN)

2- drink lots of water during the day but NOT with the meals

3- try to avoid rice, potatoes, bread, pasta, bananas. go for grilled instead of fried foods, eat lots of salads and stuff

4- move around more dont sleep a lot
