Okay Finally im ready to get an Exhaust system and headers, but the problem is..where from?

i dont really want something expensive, something around 200bd or less.. I was thinking of getting an exhaust system from Master Exhaust and get a muffler from borla.. or get a brand headers and ME exhaust system.. I dont mind getting the E.System from somewhere else as long as its good im gonna go for it !

help me out abit guys..
thanks in advance.

PS: i dont want a LOUD muffler..

BRAND muffler and headers


do the exhaust pipe's with exhaust master or 77 or gulf exhaust :up2:

master exhaust mufflers are the worst sounding mufflers in the world.. you dont want your car to be called a thubana (fly) by others..

get a brand name muffler.. do the rest in Gulf exhaust, Master exhaust and 77's bends are cheap quality, the pipe becomes smaller in the bends.. Gulf Exhaust does as well, since non of them are mandrel bent.. but, its much better than Master exhaust and 77

i think im going to make a muffler out of aircraft material myself here at college. would be loud like hell.

not really, i think it depends on the resonance.. and the way the muffler is shaped.. ie, size, width, length.. and ofcourse the diameter of the inner pipe.. and the type of fiber they use to "muffle" the sound

wont be a problem. we have all the brainy geeks here at college to help me do it. an one has a masters in motorsports engineerins as well as an aircraft engineer's licence. there is also an aerodynamisist but he freaky me out. little guy. open a conversation with him,n he will drift away into physics n aerodynamic. muree'9 nafsiyan lol

there will no power diffrence from brand systems (maybe 3-5 hp only)
and you can till him ( Ali Moosa ) that you dont want loud system :)
try to get aluminum flywheel, pully set, cold air intake, type R cams and springs, racing chip and dont forget NOS........
then go and race V8's

in future buy turbo kit, forged pistons & rods, head work, strock it to 2.0, LSD, stand alone engine management, 1000cc injectors, 90mm throttle body, intake manifold, MSD accessories and still dont forget to upgrade it to direct port NOS :)

listen to this guy.. he knows what hes talking about!!

and as he said.. performance wise, there will be no difference in power between a HKS exhaust.. and one u make at home using toilet pipes.. its just the sound and look and quality that differs!

Master Exhaust making a good exahust systems for Hondas and a good out come .. if you are looking something branded then go for Mugen or Invidia hmm I dont know if i spell it right

I know bro :) but id advise you to get a brand name, because they engineered and tested to work.

Rolling i was in 2nd gear.. i thought he was goin to stop to have a start!
