I heard a rumor about HP-Tuners affecting and causing a problem for the transmission boxes of some tuned LS motors. Just wanted to know if you could shed any light on that… Somethin that has to do with the ECU creating an overload on the TCM.. Dunno the rest..!
Some tuner, which I respect very much when it comes to knowledge about tunning, mentioned it to a friend of mine who was telling me about it thus I don't have first hand details..!
Any ideas..!?!

Only if the tuner increases line pressure and the transmission has a shift kit that may cause damage, and you can control the lookup function (time and at which speed)
Shift point shift delay down shift’s.
That’s almost every thing you can control in the transmission.

there was something about it with LS2, or was that LS2 edit, any how, all the isues were when that cars were tuned with the A/C on or something.
I read about it in LS1tech, u might find something of CF.com tho.

I browse both forums regularly.. Don't think I've seen anything of the sort but it won't do any harm to run a search and check..!

try to PM "ed wright" on LS1tech, he tunes LSx,LTx motors for a living and he is really helpful.
