Who told you than they don’t order? Just get the part number go to the spare part counter and say “ I need this part “ he will tell you we don’t have it in stock “ order it for me “ he will tell you ok it will cost you $$$$ “ ok no problem just proceed with the order ” he will and will ask you to pay some $$$ in advance. If the part is available in any GM dealers in the middle east you will get in within 2 week if not then they will order it from the states then you will receive it within 1 month. I do it all the time.
