yeah... i don't think they would change that for a while like the B16 they had them for around 12 years.
here some info about the new CTR...:cold:
"The new Civic is said to be a much superior base for producing a sporting derivative than the old one and the three-door bodyshell’s chassis is tuned for crisper driving dynamics than the five-door’s
Honda makes no apologies for the new CTR having the same 197bhp output as the outgoing model’s 2-litre four, pointing out that the engine’s characteristics are significantly changed. The i-VTEC’s cam shift point has been lowered from 6000 to 5200rpm, although maximum power now occurs at 8000 rather than 7400rpm.
A new balancer shaft in the engine and drive-by-wire throttle control are said to help refinement and improve throttle response. Claimed performance is the same as the previous CTR’s – top speed of 146mph and 0-62mph in 6.6sec.
The Type-R ups the ante further still with steering that features a quicker ratio, stiffer mounting points and meatier valving for the power assistance. The car also sits 15mm lower than the three-door Type-S, the next sportiest model"

they got those slow engines in some cars, all between 130-160hp...
as for the Type R's, from 2001 and on going they sticked to the K series in all of them (Civic, Integra, Accord). with some minor changes between them (cams, intake, ecu, etc) which in arabic slang we call it "e5nothiya" :wtf: .... you usually see them between 200-220hp.
if you look at the previous type Rs, there were B16B in Civics 185hp, B18C in Integras 200hp, H22 in preludes 220hp, F20 or something like that in Accord type R 200hp. all different series. :loser:

yeah haven't realised it, that what US made for their market... it's damn S2000=2.0L, why would they do it 2.2L!!
no news about any new S2000, but i would expect them to use K20 on a new S2000 if there will be any...

Is this car for real? cuz if it is then it is damn ugly!!
The front is alrite with the headlights, the rear is alienic and the rims are just ukh. While they were at it, they should've added neons around the rim!..ugly!!!

ahmed f22c1 has 250 hp i think you had it mixed up with the f22a from the accords and preludes
accords came with both the h22a 190-220 hp and the f20b 200 hp and some accord torneo`s came with h23a
