i was doing a comparison on all EVO models, but i just saw different prices with same specs!!! only the MR has the 6speed and an extra weight ..

there are no options in evos in Bahrain
you just get what they offer which is an RS2 ..
that's good, because you get to choose whatever sound system you wanna put on.
Comes with 6spd, bbs rims, alluminum roof

the price of the IX is 15,500 BD

but if you want to know the Diffrence in IX models on the US spec point of view.
IX GSR, you get every option, 5spd radio, carpeting about 29-30k $
IX MR, extra gear 6spd 32-33 k $
IX RS, stripped version no electric windows, no radio 26-27k $

these prices diffur from one dealer to another in the US ..
the RS2 we get in bahrain is a Mix of the RS and GSR

don't know about how many VI are there ..
but i do know there are 39 evos in bahrain from all models according to ZM

Is it true that they only ship in only a piece of each colour for a model?

the VII All colors were available, but dont know much about how many of each color they brought
the evo8, they brought only silver and white ....
the VIII MR they brought 2 red and 1 Grey
for the IX, all colors and can put an order for the color u like

so, RS2 is considered between the RS and GSR.

if i import an MR, will it be registered easily ?
because the MR in the U.S are $33k, which is less than the RS2 price in Bahrain, so an imported one would cost almost the same.

The IX MR, or VIII MR ?
the IX MR, i doubt they brought it to Bahrian, havn't seen any, cost is unknown, but sure more than a IX and VIII MR ... i am guessing it'll cost the same as the VIII MR costed which was 17k BD.

the IX MR is no Diffrent than the IX, just chromed BBS wheels and red seat stiching

don't follow the US spec evos they are totally diffrent, and less HP and diffrent lights and rear pumber.

the VIII MR costs the same as the IX if not more due to it being a limited edition.
in Japan the VIII MR is a bit more expensive than IX, in the UK and Australia, they cost the same . and they still offer these packages.

the problem is ZM doesnt know what an MR is, when i bought mine, they called it the 8.5 and it costed 17k BD.

and yes it can be registered and insured, but it aint cheap

the best way to go is the IX, friendliest to mod and with warrantee.

o in that case the IX MR is not really worth the extra, just for red seat stiching and chromed bbs wheels and a front lip !

the 5 speed cost 117K SR in Riyadh and the 6 speed cost 137K SR .
