a friend has just purchased a brand new nissan murano a week ago, already started having probs, and the car has been sent twice already to the dealer, the second time they seem unable to identify what the problem is and ask him to wait

i doubt if he has a few hundred k's on the car, should he ask them to replace it or wait? it hasnt started well for the chap at all

let him go directly to the GM, like abood said. hes the only one able to call the real shots. and let him show that hes very angry but in a civilized way.

:D that's why I say If u wanna a Japanese trouble free
Always buy a TOYOTA :D

If u want the looks buy a NISSAN :D but u shouldn't argue about the reliability :D coz we all know nothing beats toyota in reliability :D
