أياما ظل الشاب ذو العشرين عاما يطارد السيدة ذات الثلاثين، ويلاحقها بحبه وهيامه بها، وقد استطاع أن يتوصل الى رقم هاتفها وأخذ في الاتصال بها عدة مرات، يريد أن يتعرف عليها ويتحدث معها، وهي ترفض محادثته وتخبرته بأنها امرأة متزوجة، فيؤكد لها أنه مستعد لأن يفعل المستحيل حتى يتزوج بها. ولم يقف الشاب عند هذا الحد بل أصبح يطاردها في المحل الكائن بأحد المجمعات التجارية، الذي تعمل به بائعة ويلاحقها في طريقها من العمل إلى البيت مما أثار ضيقها وحنقها، ووصل به الأمر إلى أنه أخذ يطرق عليها باب بيتها، وفي إحدى المرات فتحت له فأخرج لها عضوه الذكري، فأسرعت بإغلاق الباب. وفي اليوم التالي ذهبت إلى عملها فوجدته يدخل المحل، وهنا غضبت وطلبت من عمال الأمن بالمحل الإمساك به، وقامت بإبلاغ الشرطة. وقد أنكر الشاب اتهامات المرأة له في التحقيقات التي أجراها الشيخ راشد آل خليفة عضو النيابة العامة، لكن السيدة أصرت على أقوالها واستشهدت بعدد من الشهود، فوجهت إليه النيابة تهمتي القيام بأفعال مخلة علنا، والتعرض لأنثى على وجه يخدش حياءها، وأمرت بحبسه سبعة أيام على ذمة التحقيق.

2 years ago, a 37 year old man raped a 14 year old girl. He was Pakistani, and she was Iraqi who fled to Bahrain with her family during the war. He was handed a 6 month sentence or a 200BD fine to walk free. And he didnt even get to sit on a bottle, can you believe that? Amazing how strict our judicial system is.

they need to start enforcing stuff like this... in UAE, if a guy follows a girl seeda she can go to the police and they take him to jail, shave his head and put his pic in the newspaper so that everyone knows what he did...

here if a girl gets bothered by a guy and she goes to the cops? the cops start hitting on her!

Yea, what about cheating on her husband? If someone followed your wife day and night, and then she thought "ill just sleep with him, its the easiest way of getting rid of him" and she does, and then you find out, would be a very happy ending, wouldnt it? :)
