Traffic Deptartment of Bahrain is POOR !

i heard from a friend that they caught 5000 + cars and gave them tickets (Speed , Tint , Mobile , Belt ,,, etc)

so i decided to make some calculation to see how poor they are ,,,




Car Registerations:

let calculate how much they get daily from car registerations ,,,

how many cars register daily ? 1000 ? from 7 AM to 7 PM , thats 12 rush hours , lets say 200 Cars (daily)

every one pays 20 BD , 200 * 20 = 4000 BD daily

that will be 4000 * 30 = 120000 BD monthly at least:stickpok:

Tickets:

last week , they announced that they caught 5000 + tickets !!

1000+ of them were about using cell phone while driving , that will be 50 BD each , total ? well that's a 50000 BD !! only in a week !@!!!!

WTF they do with all that amount of money ?

and that's only for cell phone tickets , the rest , will if we take them all 5 BD (it's the least they can get from a ticket)

that will be 5 * 4000 = 20000 BD in a week !!

that means they got 20 + 50 = 70000 BD in week , just by giving tickets !!



at the end , what they did / will do for us ? :whip:

buy new speed detectors and new cars to chase , cruise and give us tickets ?!!:wtf:

I know some people who work their in the the accounts department or used to, anyway, they told me, on a bad DAY from registration it would be BD40,000, thats a BAD DAY!
NOT COUNTING tickets, transfers or anything else, just registration, so errm yes they very poor compared to BILL GATES!

But if i don't exceed the speed limit, the radar won't catch me. If i don't tint the windows, i won't be fined for them. If i don't have a loud muffler, i won't get in trouble for it. If i wear my seat belt, i will not get fined.

So, if you follow the rules, you are fine. Me so far? Only a parking ticket.

Why do we pay so much money for registration? Think about it, all they do is take our details and put them into a computer and thats it!!!

Everything else involved with this database and retrieving information is their problem. Why do we need to pay so much money without getting anything solid or useful in return?

Why do we pay so much money towards municipality and other charges in this country and not get the full service back in that we deserve?

In some gulf countries, they dont pay shiit and get the best services back! Thats not really fair, all i am saying is "please give me value back for my money"

in the states its rated in Db by a microphone X Inches from the exhaust at X rpm

that's it.. simple as that... only 1 way to measure it.. black and white pass or fail

For example, I took the VIper in for the inspection and registration.. they passed it no problem.

Then I got pulled over for having too loud exhaust!

Where is "my" fault in all this? How do I prove to them that this same car with the same exhaust got approved by the inspection dept?

How do they know if someone has replaced a part after the inspection?

Thats one gray area of many gray areas!! They need to address these problems! But they dont... and thats what I'm talking about. The money they generate should go towars improving their system! Not just equipment. The mentality needs to be improved!

last week i went there to register my mother`s car, and when i went to check if there is any tickets, they told me you have a parking ticket 3 days back at 9am. what the hill is this, my mother do drive her car only at 1pm to bring my niece from scholl and at 9am the car is home, and when i asked them about the ticket, they told me go and discuss it with out officer.
do their officer think that i will bother my self and talk to him for BD5, malat 3alaihom wo 3ala shakelhom. inshalla poison in their liver for every 1 fils they take from people who really did nothing.
if i was speeding or i really caused that thing, i desirve what they will sue me, but if i havent done anything, why do i have to pay if their stupid moror wrote any of the numbers by mistakes which caused it to match my number

they use borla exhaust 112s the same ones on R&T chargers,and honestly dont be fooled from the dealer they called "mopar borla" there is no such a thing two companys made one aftermarker exhaust,its borla exhaust but they are legal from mopar to use them on their chrysler/dodge cars and the warranty still on btw u cant install 125s borla because the dealer mo ra'6yeen but mopar ra'6yeen,bahrain is just sh!t with those kind of ppl and btw FUK MROR EB KUBURHOM MIN AWALHOM LY A5IRHOM,i got delayed to register my camaro because some fukin officer knows whos car this belong to and he asked me for the papers(bara2at thima and ta5weel) i got the papers with the car from kuwait the same fuking moment but they refused them and they want the owner of the car PERSONALY just to finish2 papers in bahrain
