As far as I know there is a member here who owns the new M5 “Black” but I’m not so sure of his nickname, so please who ever knows him send him a PM with the link of this topic.

I used to go to Al ahli snooker club on daily bases but now since they have closed for almost 1 week due to known reasons I’ve started coming to Al Etehad.

I’ve went to Al Etehad snooker club three times and I have some feedback which will help this place to be a better one.

The first time me & my friends went there the guy behind the counter has charged us more than 1 BD / hour. I don’t mind paying 2 BD / hour if this is the actual rate, but knowing that someone is trying to rip me off this is something not acceptable at all.

2nd time we went there after playing couple of games he came to our table throwing his attitude saying that this is our last game because other people wants to play, WTF its not like we are playing for free over here.

3rd time which was tonight and hopefully not the last he came to our table again with his bad attitude saying that this is our last game & when I asked him why I couldn’t understand anything but I understood from my friend that it’s the closing time of the place, he could say it in a much better way and in a good manner.
Anyway after we finished the game and went to the counter asking him how much did table X plus drinks cost & how much did table Y cost he started throwing attitude saying that we are the only people who comes here and ask how much did each table & food cost separately & we should clock our watches next time to see for how long have we played, after giving him the money he threw the change on the table.

I don’t know if anybody else complained about this guy but from my point of view its either he changes his manner & attitude or there will be a lack in dealing with customers in the place.
If he is not capable of giving a good service to the customers then I don’t think he is the right person to be in this place although we are not asking for a good service but at least let him keep his attitude when he is out on the streets & behave when he is on duty.
At the end of the day a customer goes somewhere where he gets a good service because he feels more comfortable in that particular place.

I’m not a trouble looking guy although one of my friends wanted to beat the crap out of that guy after the working hours, but I asked him to calm down because its not worth it going down to such a level & I’m going to solve the problem in a better way by talking to the owner of the place because he is a member on GGT.
Anyway we’ve decided not to go back there again if we are going to be treated this way.

Hello Adel,

First of all i dont own the Ittihad cuz its an اتحاد and not a private owned club. Secondly, im not sure which of the 2 guys at the counter you are talking about but i personally have instructed both to warn anyone who is noisy cuz the best of the Bahrain's snooker players play there and their attitude have changed since we got Nick, our headcoach, cuz he has emphasized that the national team players should be serious at all times including in friendly frames/matches and thus cant concentrate in a noisy enviornment.

And since there were a couple of noisy people, i have instrusted the employees to warn anyone who is noisy and then switch off the table if they continue to ignore the warning.

And now with regards to him being rude and having an attitude, well thats absoultly not right and you can come in the evenings to meet any of the board members or even myself regarding any issue you have. As i mentioned, we as a board, are responsible of both billiard (pool) and snooker in bahrain and obviously have to deal with all issues.

I appologize for the idiots' actions and will make sure that it doesnt happen again. I will also pm you our secretary general's number أمين السر العام and you can contact him regarding anything you arent happy with.

Also, i will propose in our next meeting tomorrow to have a board member responsible of the club.

p.s. the rate of the club is 1 bd and hour and the place closes at 2am.
