A friend of mine dyno'd his car few nights ago
A 100% saudi made r32 GT-R dynosheet ...ran over 20-30 times tuning the car over the dyno using the aem ems..no nos is used
car couldn't produce more power as the ITS80mm turbo couldn't push anymore when the engine was wanting more air ..
bigger turbo and nos to be used soon
A complete drag car for the outlaw class ...
enjoy for now

damn... that's power..
turbo lag is a funny thing
upto 4,000 rpm the car has 100hp hehe
5,000 rpm it has 125hp
6,000 rpm 260 hp (almost red line of some other motors I can think of)
after this point a nuclear explosion occurs behind the car
and in the next 1,000 rpm u jump 500 horsepower
and then 1,000 more rpm u get "only" 250 more horsepower
then u have another 2,700 rpm of 1000+ hp pushing to the ground before u have to shift
this car must be scary fast

shouldnt he be stroking it by now?
Not really for few reasons ...
1. The stock crank can take around 1400 whp (balanced)
2. Stroking it means less revvs as the stroke is more
3. 200cc (most common on gt-rs ) more would only spool the turbo around 400 rpm faster ..he's using a dual ball bearing turbo which would result in the same spool characterstics as the 200cc more displacement
4. Jdm stroker kits can't be driven daily on the streets as they were designed for drag/track use only, because they produce way more heat than the stock crank as they use a different alloy, thus putting more stress on the stock bearings or any race bearings (acl/nismo/power enterprises) as the heat is way more, making the car for drag use ONLY.
5. bd 500 (for the forged pistons/rods) is way cheaper than 3500bd for an "over rated" hks or any other jdm brand stroker kit
and honestly, I have driven different GT-Rs with different stroker kits and different turbo setups ..I couldn't notice the difference engine response wise, turbo spool wise and the stock crank is more reliable when balanced although it's not necessary to balance it if you aren't revving over 10k

nice # the car must be damn fast
I always notice in japanese dynosheets when the car make 900+ hp the torque is like 600 - 700 ( supras - GTRs - FD3S )
in other case a supercharged vette make 600 hp & 600 torque ( vette - camaro - mustang .... )
