More likely this is an actual EVO in testing if you see under the car you can tell there is a rear diff which would make it AWD also there are a bunch of wires that are hanging from underneath the car. So i would guess maybe this is evo drivtrain in a normal lancer body to test drivetrain?? Maybe maybe not :P
