About time we took a break from today’s flood of Frankfurt previews. And what better than a good-old V8 engine swap on a Honda S2000; it’s totally ludicrous, it sounds troublesome and it’ll probably cost more than a Honda Fit if the work’s being outsourced. What else do you want to make it interesting? Mmm, now that we mentioned it, a video when the project’s finished. But for the time being, we’ll have to be content with the updates posted on the S2000 forum by the car’s owner that goes by the nickname, “hboy777”

why waste such a nice engine!! the LS1 is good, but I hate to mix things like a japanese car with american engine, or american car with japanese engine,,,,, this is so LAME :(

I like these kind of swaps but theyre not really practical most the time unless it's done by a pro. I hate hack jobs.

Just went through the thread, the guys seems to know what he is doing and he is maintaining weight distribution very close to stock, this is very impressive.
