There has been many BAD MEDIA PUBLICATIONS everywhere, on tv, magazines, books, internet and in many other formats regarding our religion Islam, I hope we could work together regarding this to give better and the true image of Islam.

YES I agree there is bad media but then again it's the same story as those people making stupid drawings about planes attacking the ka3ba

It's all part of spreading paranoia and hate and people are actually getting drawn into it unfortunately.

Arsenal I respect your efforts but posting those insulting videos is adding fuel to fire, if you feel it is offending settle it in a more diplomatic way. Causing an angry reaction will only give those idiots reason to attack stronger.

its not only about islamic video, we can do something like this video.

btw how do you think islam did spread, mostly by attracting people to its principles and what it had to say influenced its growth. its was attracted by different mean before and now with the communications technologyavailable it can help BIG TIME. what if thousands or a million watch the video you created, let say 0.1% did read the quran translated in to their language, then 1% of the 0.1% converted to islam, thats about 10 people, imagine how much thuwab you'll gain. you helped convert 10 people to islam and imagine how many those 10 people will convert, thats only because you did something which wont take much of your time.

Guys, as much as it hurts to know our religion is being insulted and picked on in every part of the world, why does it piss people off?

Are we not confident of Islam? Of its true teachings that we know of? Why does it make us angry if others are ignorant and start blabbering crap about our religion, when we know what they say is not true?

What we should do, it guide them to the correct path. Show them the light, and they will understand the true Islam, not the incorrect practice of it by many across the world who claim to be Muslims.

Make them READ. Is that not the 1st word of the Holy Quraan that was sent upon the prophet PBUH? Lets use it then!

America calls us terrorists? Look at the blood on its hands. Wiped out 10's of thousands of people within mere seconds with nukes, and not to mention, over 500,000 alone from their "war on terror".

The UK? All its history, plundering and killing, enslaving people, and they have the nerve to speak?

I do not mean to be negative but as i have seen on You Tube is muslims down grading muslims. If you make a muslim vedio the first people to pull you down are the muslims before anyone else, either by way of saying that this sect or that sect.
The Muslims are not standing together and we should, if we look like one to others, surely others will stand and listen, but if they see us weak like the media on CNN and others portray us, they try to shake our very foundation then it is hard.
Yes Arsensal, Islam was built by word of mouth but do not forget that the muslims at that time stood united, they fought wars and the Kalafat at that time conquered the whole of the this region.
I do agree with you that we should try our best and the rest is on Allah swt, he guides the misguided, he makes people see the light.
In the USA every day a minimum of 1000 of people convert to Islam, it has become the fastest growing religion in the world today.
I have a small way of looking at things to keep me inshallah straight.
I think, if i live for 70years, and drink and do all the harams,then i die, the grave torture shall begin,it call carry on until the day of judgment, that could be 100yrs from now or 1000yrs from now, all that time i will be tortured, then judgment day where i will be judged and sent to hell for eternity. Which makes me think, i shall try to live straight for the 70yrs and do my best.

I think Afghanistan is a great example of a fcukup in the war on terror.

It's not the killing its the degredation of a people by a so-called utopian movement implementing the most accurate form of the Sharia law.

oh and sectarian violence didn't exist in Saddam's days because he had a degree of control over insurgents and with his demise thigs are only gonna get worse. Besides Iraq has been a troubled area ever since the Babylonian times so really it's just a circle of events.

A group of rebels many years ago, fought and ambushed the british army in North America. Setting fire to their houses and boats and personnel. They fought un-conventionally and were the reason why America got it's independance. This group of rebels were reffered to as "Militia" !

In Palestine, a group of rebels are doing the same thing and fighting un-conventionally with 21st centruy weapons available to them, pouncing on the Israeli invasion.. and they are reffered to by America as "Terrorists" !

America blames France for not supporting them in the war against terror and expect to be owed for their help in saving France's asss in the WW.... but what they forgot is that France came to their assitance and gave them their independance at a time when the british were whipping their assses !

A foreign army invades another country, tries to control its borders, and strengthens its military presence in that country, and they have the balls to call local rebels "insurgents"??????

One thing I cant understand about islam and assossiate it with peace would be the word “fath” "فتح", cant really put it in proper words at the mo, but it has something to do with> assuming were the superpower, or have finally sorted out the **** among ourselves what do we do?

From what I heard we start on this fath thingy, which involves the governments/rulers of other countries to submit to our fundas (I think something to do with implementing sharia law in their country) and pay us some percentage of their earnings or something of the sort

I believe fath at the days of the prophet (p) involved sending a messenger to other countries with a message of islam, which if rejected led to the invasion of that country by the muslims ( for we cannot stand adultery,booz, etc etc and we gotta clean up the world)

Islamic conquests did cover up a good part of the world, and the conquests were more of a religious following than that of self defense, and when all those we conquered decided its payback time (bad media or whateva) were crying?

Another thing:
Why do we think that creating a better image for islam would contribiute to the world or our community to be better place? Youre all aware of “signs of the hour” right? And those signs go from bad to worst till the hour (theres just a brief period of peace before that when al nabi issa(A) and a few followers r left)
So why r we excited if a 1000 or a million persons convert to islam worldwide? Would the world become a better place?

Well the signs point to “NO” regardless of whatever we do, if we choose to do it for hasanaat that’s up to us, bottom line is it aint changing anything
