It's a nice idea though, I like it!!!

The only free thing we get is the 3BD you pay for the 3areesh in Zallag!!!!
This will sort of affect the market for Al Areen.

it looks like a an attractive project. whether it will make money. I don't know.
I'd really like to see a beach like that in Bahrain

their deposits mature in 3 weeks... so technically thats when theyre getting their money back, and theyve stated they might not renew it, so they just might start working on it then

Dude, Jumeriah Beach Hotel is the exact copy of the Khazar Resort in Chalus , Iran. It's a huge appartment resort on teh caspian sea in which the original french architect couldn't finish due to the war!

So he went and finished his design in Dubai!

I know cause I have an apartment there!

it was too good to be true... so i checked out this resort i visited a few years back :confused:
