I have been using this program for a while, and I must say, it is amazing. But, my problem is, I do not know how to have my downloads go straight into my external HDD.

Does anyone who uses this program know how to? Do I have to install the program onto the HDD to make it happen?

Tools > Options > Files

Set the location and tick the Automatic Download to Default Directory check box

BTW, I had things downloading when I changed it. I added something else to the download list, and the temporary folder for it went straight into my external HDD. Do the downloads which were under progress carry on going to the same folder they were originally going to?

akeed, if u started downloading before changing the settings it will go to the previous saved folder. and the new downloads will go into the new one.
