Is it true that if you are insured 3rd party, you cannot transfer your insurance to another company?

its not that you cannot .. it is hard to find a company to insure ur car 3rd party , was6aaa lazim

^ +1 .. but i heard that there's a company that will try to get u the best deal. even they can try to transfer it to another insurance company.
