A Bahraini secondary schoolgirl locked up her father and two-year-old brother in a room in their house for more than six hours and refused to release them unless the father agreed to give her BD80 to buy Eid clothes, reports our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej. The father could not contact anybody after his daughter broke his mobile phone, said one of her relatives. Both were eventually released after the grandmother promised to give the girl the money.

HAHAHAHA, pleaaaaase bro... "be cool in eid" ... eid is not about being cool nor is it about un-greatful children locking up their siblings and parents in a room for 6 hours. This is in a way is the essence of the problem.. people forgot the true meaning of eid.. now its all about "being cool" and ma95arah.

and yes you are right... i dont know how her life is, but i do know clothes are more important to her than her family.. and about being abused well if thats the case then clothes would be the last thing she cares about i would think.
