I'm having an exam in few days, in algebra and stuff .. Found something that I'm not really sure of!
When the problem says: Find the 4th term in expansion of (1+7x)^11; should we use pascals triangle and check what the 4th coefficient is from the triangle at the 11th power?

There's a building called almu2ayad, if u dont know it ask for it. I suggest u go to the top floor and try to jump, let's see what happens to u!

No, you cannot use pascal's triangle for this, mainly because you are trying to integrate a "coefficient" of an integer to a nominal power.
Use boolian alegbra to derive the coefficience by combining and permutating the lower factors to the integral powers available to you from the logic table of the boolian equation.

Including the boolian equation would be helpful since we didnt get that taught!

If you were'nt taught this, then it would be impossible for me to teach you over the internet.

Do you even know what an "factored term" is? Cause if you did, you would not have given us a digit/s by itself!
