You can run 125 dry NOS kit MAX. And A 150 wet kit max!
But, to make it safe you should spray 75 first and then go up! Try to hear for any detonation, if you hear any, let off the gas because not all cars are running the same timing!
But, in 99% of the time it will be ok to run 125 dry or 150 wet. I, on the other hand, will spray 100 wet or dry!
Hope this helps!

You have lots of them!
I think NOS, NX, and TNT are very good!
Not all with give you the same power. I have seen good results with all 3.
Good luck!

one thing to remember
NOS is the cheapest way of modding your car which is good but also the quickest way of killing your engine's life span.

I could be wrong though  If you do something stupid then yeah it will blow your engine up. But to stay on the safe side, stick with 75 shot or 50 shot nitrous. You can buy systems with 50-150 shot and you can alter it whenever you want. So it depends on you.
As of what you need, a purge exit, purge valve, bottle warmer, bottle is all you need. Very cheap way and adds more power but in the same time in the long run it causes stresss on the block(depending which car this is too) and it may ruin your engine.

Yup! Bigred is right.
If you have a V8 Camaro (LS1) you could spray 100 dry shot max with no problem if you spray before the MAF. If you want to spry after the MAF or more of a shot (like 150) you will need a wet kit just to keep all good a safe!
I used to spray 100 dry shot (NOS) before the MAF with no problems on a stock engine.
Hope this helps! (If you have an LS1) :)

Hi the NOS-05177 kit is the way to go as mentioned but id suggest you use some colder spark plugs like the NGK TR6 with a smaller GAP .38mm would be fine and NOT spray before 3000RPM and u'll be set ..MAX is 125hp but if i were you id start at 75 and go up tp 100 max hope this helps :D

11 is 100% right!
But, Silver SS, you have a supercharger! So, you should go with the smalest shot you can get first to see if all stays in one place! go with a 50 shot first and work your way up from there! cheers
Your car will will just whip every one! grin

I had a NOS dry kit.
Nitrous will give you nice HP gains, but it will give you a lot more TQ! And that is the key!

Well Spawn, this is how it goes! :)
I give anyone all that i know! and then he gives me all the he knows! With that we make better performance cars and teach each other!
And most importantly is the right set up!
BTW, TQ is what makes the car very very VERY fun to drive!

Dear brothers
the stock ls1 rotating hard parts can handle up to 150 shot, but first brothers check your engine mileages and the cylinder pressure so you could know how much to start with some mileages and engine conditions will not last even with 80 shot all times check the mileage and know that the cylinder pressure is normal or it is very low then you will know if the engine can take the power that you are aiming for, and if you install it by the rule you will be fine if not even a new engine will blow out.

well shouldnt bee too much
ive just watched a show on speed channel where they install nos directly on a 1975 Firebird without changing anything all they did was change the carberatoer (cause its a shitty old 1 )
and put the dry nos system under the carb 2 mix in with the fuel
they put a 200shot of nos and it wroked perfectly and it was easy 2 install
o yeah and they changed the plugs

this model has two big engines like 400 and 455 so its all good to run that much of nos system
and by the way they putted the "injector plate" under the carb :)
thank u guys for the good infos
keep it up
