هي حرب اعلامية ذكية وطريفة في نفس الوقت
اشتعلت بين شركات الاتصالات الخلوية الاردنية في الاسبوع الماضي

احببت نقلها لكم

ابتدأت القصة يوم الأربعاء الماضي
عندما أعلنت شركة " زين الأردن " عن عرض مميز جديد وقامت بنشر هذه الاعلانات في الصحف اليومية

مزيا هذا الخط

يحق للمشترك في هذه تخصيص 5 ارقام مميزة للاتصال بها مجانا مقابل دينار في الاسبوع " 4 دنانير شهري"
وللأرقام الأخرى على نفس الشبكة أو الشبكات الأخرى ب " 5 قروش للدقيقة "

شركة أمنية احدى الشركات الخلوية المنافسة قامت في يوم الخميس "بحرق هذا الاعلان " والإعلان عن عرض منافس لهذا العرض نشر في جميع الصحف الأردنية سمي بالعرض المستحيل

العرض يتيح لمستخدمه التكلم مع 10 أرقام مميزة مجانا طول الشهر وليس 5 وبكلفة دينار واحد شهريا وليس 4
وبمكالمات داخل الشبكة بقرش واحد وليس 5
اضافة الى احتسابها السعر بالثواني وليس بالدقائق كسابقتها حريقة

وأشارت بشكل واضح جدا الى ان هذا العرض افضل من العرض السابق لشركة
مع مقارنة واضحة جدا تظهر في الاعلان الثالث .......

شبكة اورانج الشبكة الثالثة من شبكات الاتصالات لم يرق لها الموضوع طبعا

فقامت هي الاخرى بتقديم عرض خاص يضيف للمستخدم عند التعبئة رصيدا اضافيا مجانيا بقيمة 100%

ونشرت هذه الاعلانات يوم السبت

في نفس اليوم ايضا نشرت شبكة زين اعلانات اخرى في الجرائد
تشير فيها الى ان عرضها هو الافضل بين سابقاتها
ولمحت الى ذلك باللون المميز لكلمة " مستحيل " نكاية في شركة أمنية

فقامت شبكة أمنية بالرد على هذا الاعلان في اليوم التالي
ونشر هذا الاعلان في كل الصحف ايضا

في اشارة واضحة الى اليد المستخدمة في اعلان شركة زين
ويذكر ان هذه المرة الاولى التي تنشر فيها الشركات اعلانات تنافسية بهذا الشكل العدائي والطريف

ويذكر ايضا انه في اول يومين فقط في العرض تم بيع اكثر من 12 الف شريحة لشركة امنية فقط .

i think its legal in jordan. anyway, representation of other companies brands or using aspects from other adverts in your is illegal in bahrain, saudi, UAE, and qatar as far as i know. most other countries it seems to be fine. its perfectly legal in the US, UK, and most of the bigger world countries
