go to al kuwaiti (CarNet) in salmabad they have a lot of amazing paints with special effects , get the clear coat also from there , coz it's better quality that the cheap bottles they use in paintshops

i think matt black is used for some special forces vehicles here in bahrain

i can confirm that it's definitely illegal, i personally asked the inspection chief and he said it's illegal... and so is chrome paint

"because chrome can blind people in daylight and matte paint is only for government use"

Matt colors are not illegal. If you don't beleive me, check the Official Gazzette dated 16th Feb 2005
