Im not in the business of providing solutions for house holds, if I was I would release a better product, not the same but cheaper, but too bad this world doesnt work the way you want it to.
I know the technology zain is using very well, as well as the brands of the product and the third part installers, none of those are good, and if you know 2 ppl that like th service that doesnt make it any good, it just shows that there paterns and the service is not the same all over th Islan.
I can provide you with a few links to many people that have the services adn are suffering from it, the reasons of which are very understandble if you knwo how Wimax works, but is that what you are paying for?
glad you are happy with your connection though, it sucks balls when your home connection is bad, I would stay in the office just for that.

give me the links , i wanna see what kind of problems they get , i know about wimax , but what about here in bahrain ?
i mean , WiMax is designed to provide 70Mbps in a range of 110 km's square , bahrain houses are within this range :D the distance between 3arad and sakheer is less than 70 km's
so , 2Mbps should be a dream ! (theoritically)
