you guyz think that who ever owns that money will get cought!!??? in ur dreams especiallly not in mexico . drug lords run cities and govt. and who ever get cought are these poor men working for the big lords... heheh and probably the money will be turned around and be given back in some other form .. so basically this was prob a bribe for the govt. and they made em look good.
