GT-R Spec V

Recent Japanese magazine has some information regarding GT-R Spec V model. Looks like they going to tune up the car to 520hp, and reduce weight to 1640 kg (3616lbs) Noticed the special air ducts on the front bumper (similar to old Skyline GT-Rs). Price will be 4,000,000 - 5,000,000 yen ($37,000-$46,000 USD) higher than regular GT-R

hmm it looks weird, i like the intakes on the front bumper but the Zele front looks better imo, but what are those side intakes? Maybe a rear radiator or an extra one located in the boot? The rear and front diffusers look fantastic ( front angle ) but a bit ugly from the side.

520hp is a great number, lets see what it does on the 'Ring, im hoping faster than reported time.

it’s 3 month since the new 1 and already there is 2 or 3 models and by next year we will have another 5 versions and 3 specs.

To be honest, the engine you posted is much better than the RB26 by far. Its more moddable, more capable, more reliable, and much better and stronger. The RB26 is (dalee3), very fragile when modded but makes you have a big smile for a moment, then depression for the rest of the month.

Are you trying to say that the new V6TT from Nissan is 'ish compared to the RB?

Wake up, its nearly 2009. If the GTR came in 6 spd manual, u'd know by now that by next year you'd see ppl haveing GTR's with more than 800whp easily achieved, and dont tell me the transmission wont take it, it will, cuz there will be a difference of 7 years in technology.
