My AE86 rear end on it's way to heaven. I still have enough time before it die and I was wondering if it's possible to find 82~85 supra/celica rear end in bahrain?
how much would it cost in the junkyards?

Isn't it easier to find one in UAE from those half-cuts?

either a Celica or a Supra!
when I wanted to upgrade my diff on my 84 Celica to a Supra diff, I had to change the rear sub-frame to accomodate the bigger Supra LSD. So I removed the diff+sub from a Supra and fitted it directly without any mods to the Celica :)

Won't getting the whole differential assembly of a Supra be harder?

i was talking about fitting the whole assembly, coz u cant change the inner diff parts. If I remember right, the celica has a 6.5inch diff where the Supra has a 7.5, not sure tho

Yea, I was talking about the same thing. I think its going to be hard for him to find a whole rear end, with the housing and everything from a Supra.
Doesn't hurt trying. I also think the UAE is a better chance.

got it for BD160 or 130, not sure really. I paid a bit more coz it was an LSD diff, and they are rare to find. Not all Supras here came with LSDs.
