My 350ZTT project car

I currently study in the U.S. at University of Tampa, and I always had this dream of building a project car... It all started a week after arriving to Tampa, where I got an amazing deal on a used low mileage 2006 350Z in Miami. Straight away I've started to search for the perfect shop with enough experience and knowledge on the VQ35DE to handle my build. This is where Forged Performance (http://www.forgedperformance.com) comes along. They’ve been 100% honest with me and have looked out for me just as one friend would for another. Thank you Sharif, Sandy, Ryan and Michael for making my foray into forced induction one of the best business transactions i’ve had to date…

Jspec, for now I'm looking at a safe tune between 380 and 425 whp on a DD. Once I'm done with this setup inshalla I'll go for a shortblock, and then we'll be seeing some high numbers. ;)

I just dropped the car to Atlanta last week, hopefully it will be ready by January 20th after I get back to Tampa from my christmas break.
After being in a horrific accident that almost costed my life due to street racing a year ago, I haven't raced since then. The car will be more of a track/pleasure use. :)

you can go to sunshine speedway it's close to where you live, they have test and tune for $10 every wenesday and friday but it's only 1/8th mile..if you want a 1/4 mile track you can go to brandenton motorsports park it's an hour way

no it's in bradenton, an hour away from tampa..their test and tune on thursday is from 6pm-11 and sunday 9am-5, but sometimes you can only make 3-4 runs because of the long wait lines..they also have an event each month for street cars only (club 1320) and you can get alot of runs if you go to that. I like sunshine more you can get many runs there most of the time and it's close

To keep you away from your worries let me guarantee you that you ARE going to enjoy every minute of the car. Me and my friend RIP seeked Forged as well and gave us an amazing setup as well back then. It's a slighly different setup and we were looking at around 420HP and it was an amazing car, it knew how to scream once you pop the clutch and how to handle when things go rough. You're bringing back some nice memories :(

Thanks for the kind words and keeping my hopes high! I've heard about 7amad (allah yer7ema ew ya'3med roo7a eljana) and his TT Z, it was certainly a beast! I'm planning to go for a shortblock and a standalone EMS (either Haltech or HKS FCON Vpro) in 3 months. But, I'm looking for good tuner in the gulf that are experts in either EMS when I bring my car back to the country, I hope someone can guide me.

It was a dream of mine to get myself a Z and give it the same exact setup and bring it back to life but since there is a new DE Z33 coming back, I'll try and see if there is a good tuner in the gulf. It would definitely bring a smile on my face!!

You went for the right guy. Sharif, is one of the best tuners, he just tuned the shops R35 with only a Y-pipe that made high numbers. Im sure youve seen it.

The moment we've all been waiting for... the numbers!
I'm equally stunned and impressed with the new TD06SH-20G turbos!! Greddy upgraded their tuner package with a larger one piece downpipes, added dump tubes, and a larger intercooler. This was Forged Performance first attempt on installing and tuning the new 20G kit on a VQ35DE.

When I arrived at FP to drop-off my car, Sharif was tuning a red GT-R using the AP, and happen to have added somewhere around 30 whp on a stock GT-R... that's impressive!
