Driving to Q8 in couple of hours - some questions

sup guys,.

Im going to Kuwait in couple of hours, just wanted to know the road conditions. I will be leaving around 5'ish am.

Do i REALLY need to apply some ''lux'' or that thing that looks like sand to the car? And is it hard to remove?

I will be driving not more than 100kms. How long would it take me to reach?

I do not have a number plate upfront, will they make a big fuss about it?

Anything else i should know before i go?

Takes about 4 hours to reach there ..

Number plate I guess they will but try ur luck, just tell them you just got ur car and there's no time to fix it up, just put it on the dash I dont think they will make a huge thing about it .. only if you're not lucky hehe

Lux is fine, you can just remove it whenever you come back in any service station

Don’t bother with the lux no sand storms or strong wind to mess-up
Your front, just keeps your distance from the trucks
I guess you will cover the distance in +5 hours doing 100 kph
No # plate in Saudi it's like suicide lool you can get away in Kuwait
Beside you will not make it pass the bridge.

i went to n3aireeya (close to kuwait) a couple of weeks ago and the road was mas5ara. they are scraping the road off for some new layers. god help u :p

bro .... at 1st for what r u coming ? ... cuz it depends on the thing u want to do in kuwait cuz it just crowded all the time ...and ur going to think that u went to saudi ....man there all over the place .... u just cant breath ...n dont u ever think to drive more than 120km/h when u get in kuwait (( inshallah )) cuz ur gonna face the new mustang s/c ..... patrol ..... so just take care .... and try to find ur front plate num# ....cuz its a BIG case in kuwait

nah, just kidding :P Came here for a change but it turned out to be a really boring country. Really, there's nothing to do. I thought i'd have a bit more fun than Bahrain but no. There is nothing to do.

Yeah, its too crowded, Share3 Khaleej Il 3arabee is packed!! The only mall that was fine is The Avenue's. 9al7eya mall has nice shops too but its old, the restaurants next to it are fine too. I did check out the other malls too but they where disappointing and cheap.

As for the number plate, it was fine. I passed both borders without it, and the popo's in Kuwait wer fine with it too.

Other than that, its fine. It was a nice visit and i dont think ill come back again any time soon.

Yeah i did go to Marina Mall, it was VERY crowded and VERY tight. I went to 9al7eya for all the Brand shops, thats whre its all located as i heard.
