what kind of file? And do you want to upload it to this forum, or just any site on the inet?

go to the multemedia section there u will find a post by public enemy that will help u

thats only for uploading videos i want upload images and it doesnt work anyway

click on advanced then go down to edit attatchments, then just add the files u want and wait for them to upload
