Got a msg from a friend just now saying "Dear all , please do not eat out of home, today they discovered a swine flu case in Mcdonnalds on one of the staff "Tareq Alnaser", the government closed the branch at the moment, please advice everyone you know, some guy works near by confirmed the case"
