the boss's jaguar xj6 has been keyed nicely the entire length of the car, and seen its share of people opening their doors right onto it resulting in very tiny dents.

the dealer quoted 250 to restore it all

is that a lot? any shops out there that does a quality job for less?

so you need to repaint one side of the car

I recommend two places

Salmaneya Garaga and

Nasa Garage

maybe it'll cost less 150~

thanks for th FB husaain

they key scratch runs the length of the car (a straight line) i dont think it requires painting the entire side, maybe a touch up?

250 is bloody cheap for dealer work

especially for an entire side

uff .. I would go for the dealer if they will charge for the tiny dents and full side paint job

are you sure that the dealer is not gonna wetsand and polish it ? :p

sometimes keying looks horrible but it can be fixed with sanding even if it looks white on a black car

Fakhro and Al Salmaniya are the best IMHO, but again they're expensive

Mohammed Jalal the Jaguar Dealer is very expensive too, charging BD18 for a single labor hour!!!

250 from the stealer is pretty sweet, I would go with that if I was him.

Unless your stealer is National Motors Chevy in which case, a7san go to another place even if its more expensive.

guys, appreciate the feedback but the 250bd quoted by the dealer isnt for painting the entire side, just getting rid of the cars-length scratch and minor dents

i believe they quoted 150bd for the scratch and another100 for the dents.

I don't know how they will deal with it
maybe they'll touch up the places that could be done and paint the others
