hey guyz i bought a 01 crown vic few dayz ago and i want to install a push bumper like dis https://www.fleetsafety.com/catalog/bumper_1b.jpg in the front but i dunno if the traffic department allows it so if any one has any info plz dont be shy

And one more question i bought the ride from american embassy it was a patrol car (special order),but this option is not available in Bah the car doesnt even have a watch and the radio is only am and fm without tape but it rides really great when it changes the gear shifts to second while i floor it the tires scream for a while like the gear is manual. I had a grand marquis b4 but its nothing compared to dis vic my freind owned one of those b4 and he said that the gear in my car is bigger than the usualle ones , the normal vics stop accelerating when they reach 180 while mine goes over 220 , so does this mean its police interceptor?
