guys, i saw this over bahrainforums.com and thought of posting it in here as well, i wish this young man a speed recovery, we are allah yeshafeh wegawma besalama, any doctors here can explain what is the wilson disease is about? thanks.

Doctor in the house here.

It's a genetic disorder where cooper is found in excess in body tissues leading to major neurological (brain) symptoms.

Common signs are Kaysier fleisher rims around the cornea & iris, liver problems, fatigue, and all kinds of neurological signs from altered mental status to psychiatric symptoms to coma and death.

Treatment should be Penicallamine but Liver transplant is a must at the end.
