Theres only 2 things that smell like fish and the first thing is fish....Fish never smelt like fish until women started swimming in the sea. The fish in the sea aren't exactly the type of fish I prefer to fish but then again ill still try catch one.

been there a couple of times.. great fishing spots, manages to catch some good sized fish (she3ri, yanam, rebeeb and a balool) been on the outskirts of durrat by boat, they fish just keep getting bigger, but.. not my typa thing! if i have to wait for a bite, its not my typa place.. i hate waiting for the fish to bite! im more of a ge6 oo sheel typa guy haha shtaya is where u find me every weeked.. you usually catch 1.2 kilos of fish per minute while ur there, trust me.. ive done the calculation hahaha

to be honest, theyve upped their security big time, specially around the fasht al deebel area.. but, if u stay away from the boarders ur fine.. the reason behind all these stories of bahraini's being caught is because, ppl that fish for enjoyment rather than a srouce of income usually try to have a comfortable trip, let it be by a short distance.. calm waters or a nice variety of fish.. all three are in qatar.. the distance is maybe 30 minutes by boat.. the fish are available at the shoals so, u wont be bothered by huge waves that make ur stay very uncomfortable.. and the abundancy and variety of fish is great... but, now that its almost impossible to get in.. we end up going north to open sea areas.. and are at the mercy of our weather report.. 100ft deep sea with 20-25 knots isnt a very nice place to be at.

If you get close enough to the border they would take your boat and hold you for 24hours plus you need to pay BD5000 to release your boat.

thats incase ur boat is longer than 36ft il7amdilla my boat is a 27ft, and u were caught with commercial fishing equipement.. ive been caught many many times, they usually let u sign a ta3ahod and send u back.

ok in the past two weeks I went fishing with my cousins it was fun but not that fun with all the small fish were getting...

Al Hid bridge is not a goo idea...

were going hard core now, but I need some info about fishing poles what type how long should I get? and where they sell good ones.

and in regards of Boats Sam, when can I get decent dhaen boat with engine ...used I think will be cheaper than getting brand new...those damn engines are expensive.
