Ofcourse my health, but i'm planning to go to the track on friday but taking it easy as i'm new to this + don't want to go hard on tyres/breaks.

Go to abbas baljeek, get a open face helmet if you want something cheaper. what I advise you though, don't buy a helmet just yet, come to the track, ill give you one of mine for the day, if you the decide this is something you want to do more often, i highly suggest you look at a decent helmet that will be your life insurance on the track.

spending 100-150 on a proper helmet is always a good thing if you will be going to track days frequently.
