View Full Version : really bad experiance in Zayani Motor , i dont recomand Mitsu agent @ all

hello ,
Just to let u know guy that i had a car accident one month ago when a stupid woman hit my from the back which cause my car a damaged trunk , rear bumper , reaer crash beam and rear light .
now where the bad things happens @ Zayani Motors.
I took the car they said it will take 25 days !!?? whateva i said ok fine take ur time but do it right
a week after i put my car in i went to see what happend to it , they didnt tuch it @ all !!!! few phone calls and they wroked on it
they call me the second week i mean the bodyshop saying its all fixed only waiting for some spart parts and the spare parts are not picking up phone calls !!!! so i went my self to check up the problem i saw by my own eye they r trying to weld the rear beam some how without covering my AMS exhaust !!! and all welding fragment was on it !!! what the ****
almohem @ that moment i took some photos as well while the guy was working on it and i also told him , then i spoke to the spare parts manager my self to ask him to deliver the spare parts (like it was my job) and i had to call someone i know from Zayani to make it happend !! just to deliver the parts !!!
after all that when i car got ready they didnt clean it or wash it and they asked to come back on satuerday if i want it clean !! i took it and cleaned it my self . somehow i felt that the job were not pro @ all i took a chance to open the reaer light and guess what one of them were broken and they put it back in !!!!! so i took it back today they saw it and admit it and changed the tail light , i also talked about the AMS exhaust i have , they called the bodyshop manager and he went to check it out they cleaned it , polish it but it will never get cleand its metal melted on it !! he told me I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT !!??
i told him i brought the car here and I expected a 100% job not that , he said sorry u can take ur car we only can change ur tail light which we did and the AMS exhaust we cant fix it

!!!!!!!!!!????????????
i had to speak to the manager this week but not today because he is off

damn bro... sorry to hear that.

since you're covered by the insurance, you're better off talking to the insurance company and tell them that you're car isn't back to its original form. and you will not accept the car untill they fix it.

just tell them if they they dont do something about ur exhaust then ur goin to the local press, magazines like Arabia Motors & Gaz etc and make an official complain

i had similar issues with euro motors

the bastards drove my car 70km's last time I dropped it in.. when I made a stink they just shrugged at me..

the dealers here are all a$$holes... they are a monopoly.. they don't care.. u've already bought the car and ur stuck with them and they know it..

customer service doesn't exist in the gulf...

Uff ask me about it, their body shop service is crap its total sh!t .. once I took my dads car to paint a door and now when you see the car even a blind person can notice the difference in color, if I took it to pakistani garage it would have costed the same!!

And once someone hit my back bumper in a traffic light so I took it as an insurance cover, when I took the car for the zayani bodyshop they said we wont accept cars from your insurance money, if you want you can keep the car outside and go deal with your insurance company and tell them to pay us our money first! okay why in hell would you tell me that? fu<kin' bullsh!t .. no customer service techniques no nothing, lo raye7 garage salmabad a7san!

Zayani bodyshop is the crappiest bodyshop I have ever went to .. dont go there again abood!

Sorry to hear about the trouble bro, it's a shame when dealerships dont take care of peoples prized possessions. I have the same problem with First Motors, i need to replace my drive shafts and they quoted me BD231 each and while they were checking it the somehow managed to punch a hole in my tire and chip the inside of my wheel!

Its a shame that Zayani Investments dont take more care of their dealerships, they have amazing brands under their roofs.

Grafix, if you have pictures and dates, I suggest that you start posting on every Bahraini forum, in Arabic ad English with the pictures, dates, details and names of those who you spoke to, then take it to the press.

That's the only way to get suppliers to start taking consumers seriously, as we do not have consumer protection laws in this country!

Or you can take this service seriously, atleast with some grain of salt and see what happens!!!

Thats the best and only effective way to go around it..Teach them a lesson...I am pretty sure the dont want any Fadaye7..

i also posted that in Facebook group called Evo Owners , that group made by Zayani Motors
then a sales manager named Fawaz who helped me to my car done from the 1st place replied back ans said he will follow up with the issue and no need to post any more bad comments on Face book group

I bought a service package from Zayyani and they still wanted to charge me for cleaning my brakes!! And that was on my 1st service, I wonder what future surprizes they hold for me!

anyways , one guy asked me for an e-mail with photos and i did
and i will manage to get a chance to talk to the GM

i just got a call from the agent from the customer relations manager , she asked me ti bring the car and she will ask someone to check out whats wrong because the bodyshop just said its not from the welding ok cool now am pissed off

ok i went today i met a customer relation they just started this department today so i was the 1st customer lol
she said she spoke to the bodyshop and they said its not because of the welding so i said nothing and showed her the photos she understand my point and setup a meeting with Zayani Motor GM a day after 2moro

ok sorry for the delay i went ZM yesterday. Mr. Jeremy was such a cool guy he understood my point he also new @ ZM and he want to hear more from users about the bodyshop i mentioned GGT members and problems they faced with ZM bodyshop, then he explained why and he also asked me how and what will make ppl happy and also he mentioned about the next plane on ZM . we went to see my car and he checked it by him self with me and he felt sorry for happed for such a nice looking car. but he said that to be honest i cant get u a full replacement part , but we can offer you something else if you are okay with it he offered me free service for the coming service time along with a goodwill letter that been sent to me today.

he promised me to have better staff and dedicated staff for sports car
