New plates?

So i guess most of us have seen the new license plates on police and moroor cars... does anyone know when will it be applied on citizen's vehicles?

on the way of 21-2-2010 the polices for trafic were putting them on the car, i saw when i was there for car reg. just wait and you'll see the numbers so clear, and youll know that bahrain have few nice numbers, that are 4 digits and 3 and 2...

its just a plate layout change, i mean if someone had a nice number he wont lose it, right???????

The square one is acceptable but the rectangular one is just horrid!
